These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GPT Image 2 and the website imagev2.ai (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by GPT Image 2 ("we", "us", or "our"). You can reach us at support@imagev2.ai.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use GPT Image 2. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You may be required to create an account to access some features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@imagev2.ai of any unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in activity that harms other users, our partners, or GPT Image 2. You may close your account at any time.
You may use GPT Image 2 to generate images, edit images, and (where supported) generate short video assets in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service lawfully, ethically, and in good faith.

We reserve the right to monitor, remove, or refuse any content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We may also update or discontinue features of the Service at any time.
You retain ownership of the prompts, reference images, and other materials you submit to GPT Image 2 ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and use Your Content solely to operate, improve, and secure the Service.
Subject to these Terms and the rights of third parties, you own the images, videos, and other outputs generated by GPT Image 2 from your prompts ("Output"). You are responsible for how you use the Output.
GPT Image 2, imagev2.ai, the logos, and all software and content provided by us (excluding Your Content and Output) are our property or that of our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purposes.
GPT Image 2 offers monthly and annual subscriptions and one-time credit packs. Each generation consumes credits according to the model, resolution, and options selected. Current pricing and credit rates are listed on imagev2.ai/pricing.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal. One-time credit packs do not auto-renew. All payments are processed by our payment provider and are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in a specific offer.
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to paid features until then.
Images and videos generated by GPT Image 2 under a paid subscription or paid credit pack carry a commercial license, allowing use in advertising, publishing, client deliverables, and print. Free or unpaid generations are for personal, non-commercial use only. See our Commercial License page for the current scope and limitations.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Output will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPT Image 2 and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GPT Image 2, its affiliates, and its personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may modify the Service and these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where required, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
